Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — Your rights

Under the ACL, consumers have guarantees when goods are purchased in Australia. These include acceptable quality, match description, and repair/replacement/refund for major failures.

If goods are faulty, damaged or do not match the description we will provide a remedy in accordance with ACL. For change-of-mind returns we may accept returns at our discretion within 14 days if items are unused and in original condition.

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. Pulnaro will assist with warranty claims and facilitate repairs or replacements where appropriate and within reasonable timeframes.

Title and risk pass according to the delivery terms selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicative; delays may occur. See our Shipping section on the site for full details.

To the extent permitted by law, Pulnaro's liability is limited to remedies required under the ACL. We exclude indirect or consequential loss except where law prohibits exclusion.
